国内外有关学者公认,最明智的“医院战略”是质量战略管理。实行这种战略管理,首先是坚持质量第一的办院宗旨,以质量为生命线,把质量管理摆在医院管理的突出地位。“百佳医院”的创建工作固然为加强医院的质量管理带来动力,但若使医院持续有效的实施质量战略管理,必须寻求一种更合适的管理模式。ISO9004—2的理论恰恰为医院的质量管理注入了新的活力。本文着重谈了对国际质量标准的顾客理论、质量特性理论及服务质量环境论的理解及如何建立与运行质量体系的。
Scholars at home and abroad recognize that the most sensible “hospital strategy” is quality strategic management. To implement this strategic management, the first is to uphold the quality of the first purpose of running the hospital, with quality as the lifeline, the quality of management placed in the prominent position of hospital management. Although the creation of the “Parka Hospital” certainly provides impetus for strengthening the hospital’s quality management, if the hospital continues to effectively implement quality strategic management, it must seek a more appropriate management model. The theory of ISO9004-2 has precisely injected new vitality into hospital quality management. This article focuses on the understanding of the international quality standards of customer theory, quality characteristics theory and service quality environment theory and how to establish and run a quality system.
