水害是矿井五大灾害之一。在煤矿建设和生产过程中常因突水而造成淹井和淹地区事故,直接危及职工生命安全和国家财产。从河南多年来井下防水闸门的应用来浅析施工与管理,制定相应的措施是避免突水淹井的重要一环。 井下防水闸门的构筑,一般均按设计单位提供的设计图施工,其最基本的要求是:能密闭隔水,切断流水,并能抵抗设置地点的最大静压力。 《煤矿安全规程》249条规定:“水文地质条件复杂或有突水危险的矿井,必须在井底车场周围设置防水闸门。在有突水危险的地区,也必须在其附近设置防水闸门”。河南煤田属华北型煤田,其主要可采煤层二:煤,其基底太原群灰岩及奥陶纪灰岩,水文地质条件比较复杂,各矿区都不同程度的在二_1煤底板发生过石灰岩突水,造成淹井和淹地区事故。尤其是焦作、荥巩等煤田,突水次数比较频繁,井下防水闸门的设置尤为重要,对建设的井下防水闸门要做到精心施工,严格管理,经得起突水时关闭的考验。 突水大而次数多的焦作矿区,每个矿井下均设置防水闸门,在多次突水中,有些矿井由于领导重视措施得当,对水闸门维护管理严格,有五次突水由于关闭闸门及时,避免了淹井事故(表1所示)。 但也有一些矿井,对于防水闸门
Water damage is one of the five major disasters in the mine. In the construction and production of coal mines, accidents of flooding and flooded areas are often caused by water inrush, which directly endanger the lives and safety of workers and the state property. In areas where there is a risk of water, must be set in the vicinity of the waterproof gate.” The coalfield in Henan belongs to the North China type coalfield. The main coal seams that can be exploited are coal: its base Taiyuan limestone and Ordovician limestone. The hydrogeological conditions are rather complicated. All the mines have varying degrees of occurrence on the coal floor Limestone water inrush, causing flooding and flooded area accident. Especially coalfields such as Jiaozuo and Gonggong have frequent water inrush, and the setting of underground waterproof gates is especially important. The construction of underground waterproof gates should be carefully constructed and strictly managed to withstand the test of shutdown when water inrush occurs. In Jiaozuo mining area with large and frequent water inrush, waterproof gates are set under each mine. In some water inrush, some of the mines are properly controlled by the leaders and have strict maintenance and management of the water gates. There are five water inrushings. Due to the timely closing of the gates, Avoided flooding accident (Table 1). But there are also some mines for the floodgate
