师风师德建设在现代的社会文化发展过程中占据着重要的位置,师德师风建设是社会主义道路建设过程中的必然趋势。高职院校基层党组织在青年教师师德师风建设中发挥着中重要的作用,如何在青年教师队伍中形成良好的社会风气,对于现代的社会化建设来说尤为重要,能营造高效良好的校风校气,利于高校自身的发展,为我国的现代化物质文明建设贡献力量。通过查阅和整理相关文献,对高职院校基层党组织在青年教师师德师风建设中的现状和作用进行分析,得出以下观点。
The construction of teacher morality occupies an important position in the process of modern social and cultural development. The construction of ethics and morality is an inevitable trend in the process of socialist road construction. The grass-roots party organizations in higher vocational colleges play an important role in the construction of young teachers ’teachers’ morality. How to form a good social atmosphere in the ranks of young teachers is particularly important for modern socialization. The school spirit, which is conducive to the development of colleges and universities, contributes to the modernization of our country’s material civilization. By referring to and sorting out the relevant documents, the author analyzes the status quo and the role of grass-roots party organizations in the construction of young teachers’ ethics and builds the following perspectives.
