二氧化钛纳米管的氢敏特性

利用廉价的工业TiO2粉末、通过超声-水热法制备Ti2纳米管,通过刮刀法将TiO2纳米管制各成厚膜气敏传感器.以N2为载气,考察了工作温度、氢气体积分数(下同)对TiO2纳米管氢气敏感特性的影响.测试温度为150~250℃时,TiO2纳米管厚膜气敏传感器对氢气表现出良好的选择性和敏感性.当氢气体积分数为5%时,TiO2纳米管电阻变化达到2~4个数量级.传感器的气敏机理认为是TiO2纳米管表面对于氢气分子的化学吸附.
