本文对房地产评估结果的影响因素做了简要介绍,提出了对个别性强的建筑物以一般化处理的工程造价作为评估基础数据的思路,接着对提高房地产评估数据准确性的方法做了分析。希望借此能积极的推进工程造价在房地产评估中的更好应用。
This article briefly introduces the influencing factors of the real estate appraisal result, puts forward the idea of using generalized construction cost as the basic data to evaluate the individual strong buildings, and then analyzes how to improve the accuracy of the real estate appraisal data. Hope to take this opportunity to actively promote the project cost in the real estate appraisal in the better application.
