食品安全关键技术,已被列入《国家中长期科学和技术发展规划》的优先主题。“十一五”期间,我国在食品安全方面将重点加强风险评估技术、食品安全标准、检测技术、预警与溯源技术、全程安全控制技术等方面的科技攻关,突破关键技术约束,全面提升我国食品安全监管的长效机制,实现食品安全保障从“被动应付型”向“主动保障型”的转变。
The key technology of food safety has been listed as the priority theme of “National Medium and Long-term Scientific and Technological Development Plan”. During the 11th Five-Year Plan period, China will focus on scientific and technological research in risk assessment, food safety standards, testing techniques, early warning and traceability techniques, and full safety control technologies in terms of food safety, breaking through key technical constraints and comprehensively upgrading China’s food Long-term safety regulatory mechanism to achieve food safety and security from “passive coping type” to “active protection type” change.
