目的:研究乙型肝炎病毒基因型与核心启动子及前C区突变的关系。方法:采用基因测序方法测定138例乙型肝炎病毒S基因序列,并比对分析确定基因型;同时采用基因芯片方法检测了核心启动子及前C区突变情况。统计分析基因型与突变的关系。结果:核心启动子T1762/A1764在C基因型中突变明显高于B基因型(P<0.01),而1814及前C区1896位点突变在B和C基因型中差异无显著性(P>0.05)。B基因型与C基因型在HBeAg阳性和阴性患者中的分布差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论:乙型肝炎病毒C基因型更容易发生T1762/A1764双突变。
Objective: To study the relationship between hepatitis B virus genotype and core promoter and precore mutation. Methods: The sequence of 138 hepatitis B virus S genes was determined by gene sequencing method, and the genotypes were determined by comparison and analysis. Meanwhile, the mutation of core promoter and precore region was detected by gene chip method. Statistical Analysis of Genotypes and Mutations. Results: The mutations of core promoter T1762 / A1764 in genotype C were significantly higher than those in genotype B (P <0.01), while those in genotype 1814 and precore 1896 were not significantly different between genotypes B and C (P> 0.05). There was no significant difference in the distribution of B genotype and C genotype in HBeAg positive and negative patients (P> 0.05). Conclusion: The hepatitis B virus C genotype is more prone to T1762 / A1764 double mutation.
