目的了解大学生社交焦虑与白天过度嗜睡的关系,为改善社交焦虑学生的心理健康状况提供线索。方法抽取杭州市3所大学二~四年级的学生1 534名,采用Liebowitz社交焦虑量表和Epworth嗜睡量表进行调查。结果社交焦虑组大学生白天过度嗜睡发生率(27.3%)高于非社交焦虑组学生(20.0%)(χ2=11.19,P<0.01);白天过度嗜睡组学生在LASA量表的操作恐惧、操作回避、社交恐惧和社交回避4个独立因子评分上均高于非过度嗜睡组学生(P值均<0.05);白天过度嗜睡的发生与社交恐惧因子分有统计学意义的相关(OR=1.06,95%CI=1.03~1.08,P<0.01)。结论社交焦虑的学生有更高的白天过度嗜睡发生率,社交恐惧分高的学生更易出现白天过度嗜睡,需特别关注。
Objective To understand the relationship between college students’ social anxiety and excessive daytime sleepiness, and to provide clues for improving their mental health status. Methods A total of 1 534 students from the second to fourth grade of three universities in Hangzhou were collected and investigated by Liebowitz Social Anxiety Scale and Epworth Sleepiness Scale. Results The incidence of excessive daytime sleepiness (27.3%) in social anxiety group was higher than that of non-social anxiety group (20.0%) (χ2 = 11.19, P <0.01); during daytime excessive drowsiness group, students’ fear of operation in LASA scale, operation avoidance (P <0.05). There was a significant correlation between the occurrence of excessive daytime sleepiness and social fear factors (OR = 1.06, 95 % CI = 1.03 ~ 1.08, P <0.01). Conclusions Students with social anxiety have a higher incidence of excessive daytime sleepiness, and those with high social fear scores are more likely to have excessive sleepiness during the day, requiring special attention.
