在小学数学教学中,教师如何在重视学生获得知识的同时,让学生的数学思维得到最大限度的发展?下面结合本人的教学实践谈几点体会:一、信任学生、敢于放手学生是学习的主体,他们有自己独特的思维方式和知识积累。教师应以还给学生的时间为突破口,教学中要做到精讲精练,让学生自主学习、让学生成为学习的主体、让学生参与学习的全过程、让全体学生都有所提高。课堂教学中要合理分配、利用时间、提高时效,这就要求我们教师课外要练内功,要认真备课。
