本文测定了大鼠红细胞膜受照射后的微粘度变化。细胞膜悬液加入到含或不含硒的培养基中,用~(60)Coγ线照射,照射剂量为1,2,4和6Gy,以DPH(1.6一二苯基1.3.5-已三烯为探针进行荧光标记,从测得的荧光偏振度计算微粘度值。结果表明,红细胞膜经γ射线照射后,对照组与受照组之间加硒与不加硒组之间,均未发现的微粘度显著性差异,亦未见膜的微粘度随照射剂量改变。
The changes in microviscosity of rat erythrocyte membranes after irradiation were measured. Cell membrane suspension was added to medium with or without selenium and irradiated with ~(60)Co gamma radiation at doses of 1,2,4 and 6 Gy to DPH (1.6-diphenyl 1 .3.5-hexatriene) The probe was fluorescently labeled, and the microviscosity was calculated from the measured degree of fluorescence polarization. The results showed that after the erythrocyte membrane was irradiated with gamma rays, neither selenium nor selenium was added between the control group and the irradiated group. No significant difference in the microviscosity was found, and no change in the microviscosity of the film with the irradiation dose was observed.
