旧的德育机制及传统教育观念束缚了教师思想,学校德育教育不是把学生带入丰富多彩、神奇奥妙的生活中,而是搞“封闭式”教育。德育内化环境建设和学生自主管理大大促进了我校学生个体人格的发展,既扩大了学生个体的视野,又促进了个体的综合协调能力的发展,极大地提升了学生的综合素养,真正实现教育的春天。
The old moral education system and traditional educational ideas have constrained teachers’ thinking. Moral education in schools does not bring students into a colorful, magical and mysterious life, but engages in “closed-end” education. The construction of moral education internal environment and students ’self-management greatly promoted the development of individual personality of students in our university. It not only enlarged the individual visual field of students but also promoted the development of individual comprehensive coordination ability, greatly enhanced students’ comprehensive accomplishment and truly realized Spring of education.
