根据有关调查表明,我国大中型企业中不同程度地存在着总经济师、经济师的“缺位”和“错位”现象。大连机床厂总经济师李福喜的出走,暴露出了国有大中型企业内部机制的一些深层次矛盾。因此,对“李福喜现象”进行研究是十分必要的。本文作者分别是两家国有大型企业的总经济师;同时也是本刊编委。他们率先对此提出看法,意在抛砖引玉,希望引出更多研究企业总经济师、经济师问题的文章。
According to relevant investigations, there are phenomena of “missing” and “misplacement” of chief economists and economists to varying degrees in large and medium-sized enterprises in China. Li Fuxi, the chief economist of Dalian Machine Tool Works, has expelled some deep-seated contradictions in the internal mechanism of large and medium-sized state-owned enterprises. Therefore, it is very necessary to study the “Li Fuxi phenomenon”. The authors of this paper are the chief economists of two large state-owned enterprises; They took the lead in putting forward their views on this matter, and they intended to initiate a study and hope to elicit more articles on the issue of corporate chief economists and economists.
