在燃用纯甲醇(M_100)BJ492Q型四冲程发动机的台架试验中,用堇青石峰窝钯催化剂进行了排气净化试验。在发动机的混合比调整试验和负荷特性试验的条件下,观察了排气中甲醇、甲醛、一氧化碳的净化效果。另外,还观察了发动机在冷起动和暖机过程中催化净化箱的起燃性能。试验台为工程热物理所的发动机试验台。催化箱内装六块φ100×50mm的蜂窝形钯催化剂,置于发动机排气口下游100cm的排气管处。在管路保温条件下,由催化箱两端抽取气样,用气相色谱法分析甲醇,AHMT比包法分析甲醛。排气经冷却去水后,用红外法分析一氧化碳;用磁氧分析仪测氧含量。
In a bench test of a pure methanol (M_100) BJ492Q four-stroke engine, an exhaust gas purification test was performed with a cordierite peak palladium catalyst. The purifying effect of methanol, formaldehyde and carbon monoxide in the exhaust gas was observed under the condition of engine mix ratio adjustment test and load characteristic test. In addition, the engine was also observed in the cold start and warm-up catalytic cracking of the light box performance. The test stand is an engine test stand for engineering thermophysics. The catalytic converter is equipped with six φ100 × 50mm honeycomb palladium catalysts placed at the exhaust pipe 100cm downstream of the exhaust port of the engine. In the condition of pipeline insulation, gas samples were taken from both ends of the catalytic converter and methanol was analyzed by gas chromatography. Formaldehyde was analyzed by AHMT method. After the exhaust gas is cooled and dewatered, the carbon monoxide is analyzed by the infrared method; the oxygen content is measured by a magnetic oxygen analyzer.
