目的:了解0~7岁儿童体格发育及常见病患病情况,以采取有效措施指导托幼机构和家长做好保健工作。方法:由儿童保健专业医师对乐山市中心城区托幼机构和部分散居儿童进行每年一次的常规体检,对体检结果及时汇总、评价。结果:0~7岁儿童体格发育均值及以上达60.96%,不同年龄组贫血、龋齿、患病率较高。结论:加强健康教育和儿童系统保健管理,预防贫血、龋齿及沙眼是进一步做好集体儿童和散居儿童卫生保健工作的重点。
Objective: To understand the physical development of children aged 0 ~ 7 years and the prevalence of common diseases in order to take effective measures to guide the nurseries and parents to do a good job in health care. Methods: The pediatric health care professional conducted an annual physical examination of the nurseries and childbirth centers in Leshan City Center City, and summarized and evaluated the physical examination results in time. Results: The mean value of physical development in children aged 0-7 years and above reached 60.96%. Anemia and dental caries in different age groups were higher. Conclusion: Strengthening health education and child health management in the system to prevent anemia, dental caries and trachoma are the key points to further improve the health care of children in collective and scattered settings.
