南汇县芦潮港水闸位于上海市东南角,面临东海。在淡海水介质作用下闸门钢板遭受严重锈蚀。虽然采用了涂料保护,闸门的检修保养期也只有3~4年。本文试验了涂料与牺牲阳极联合保护。Al-Zn-In-Sn 阳极证明是一种较好的牺牲阳极材料,它的保护效果达到95%以上。闸门钢板保护电位平均等于-0.80伏(对 Ag/AgCl 参比电极),电位分布均匀。采用的保护电流密度等于15~20毫安/米~2。铝合金牺牲阳极保护有明显的经济效益,而且安装方便,不需要专人管理。因此,这种保护方法对沿海挡潮闸的保护有普遍意义。
