为保证生态安全,协调水库社会经济供水和生态环境供水之间的平衡关系,研究考虑三种不同的生态需水方案建立了红崖山水库的生态友好型调度模型,通过优化模拟方法得到水库的供水方案和调度图。优化结果表明:生态调度后水库供水对社会经济用水的影响相对较小,供水服务经济功能价值有了大大提高,三种生态需水方案下河道生态下泄水量分别达到4506万m~3、6621万m~3和5400万m~3。在不突破地下水开采红线控制指标下,为满足各方案水资源供需平衡,三种方案下蔡旗断面来水量控制目标分别是2.82亿m~3、3.21亿m~3和2.96亿m~3。研究思路和方法合理可行,可为类似区域生态需水量估算和生态友好型调度管理提供技术支撑。
In order to ensure ecological security and coordinate the balance between the socio-economic water supply and eco-environmental water supply in reservoirs, three eco-friendly water supply scenarios were studied to establish an eco-friendly scheduling model for Hongyashan Reservoir. The results of optimization show that the impact of reservoir water supply on socio-economic water consumption after ecological regulation is relatively small, and the economic function value of water supply service has been greatly raised. The water discharge under the three ecological water supply schemes reaches 44.06 million m ~ 36.621 million m ~ 3 and 54 million m ~ 3. Under the control of the red line of groundwater mining, in order to meet the balance between water supply and demand of various schemes, the water flow control targets of Caiqi section under the three schemes are respectively from 282 million to 3321 million m 3 and 296 million m 3. The research ideas and methods are reasonable and feasible, which can provide technical support for ecological water demand estimation and eco-friendly scheduling management in similar areas.
