压水堆燃料组件板弹簧系统一般由3~5片板弹簧叶片组成。对板弹簧系统的刚度分析,目前基本均采用商业有限元软件进行分析评价。但主流商业有限元软件的优化设计能力薄弱,在研发设计中常常不能指导筛选出性能更加优良的设计产品。从理论分析角度建立板弹簧的刚度分析模型,采用所建立的理论分析模型,给出影响板弹簧刚度的3个主要因素:叶片厚度、宽度以及板弹簧高度,并对各因素如何影响板弹簧刚度进行分析。
