随着经济的发展,一些新行业、新职位不断涌现,企业如何用人变得尤为重要。当前企业在用人中存在着许多的问题,造成了人才流失和招工难的问题,企业要接受用人指导,提高人力资源的管理水平,才能促进企业的可持续发展。职业指导人员要结合新形势的变化,以及企业的实际情况,开展企业用人指导,科学规划,实现人才和岗位的合理匹配,提高企业的市场竞争力,实现企业的长远战略目标。
With economic development, some new industries and new posts continue to emerge. It is particularly important for enterprises to employ people. At present, there are many problems in employers, resulting in the problem of brain drain and difficulty in recruiting.
