建筑施工企业政工工作对于增强职工的凝聚力和感召力,促进企业精神文明建设,构建和谐稳定的企业内外部发展环境具有重要的意义,关系企业的长远发展。面对施工生产的艰巨任务和复杂环境,企业需要建设一支优秀的政工人才队伍,对内营造积极向上氛围促稳定发展,对外加强宣传树立企业良好形象,全力提升企业在发展中的软实力。一、当前基层政工队伍现状与凸显的问题1、政工人员队伍薄弱。当前,公司现有职工2300多人,专职从事政工工作(机关党群工作人员和基层党支部书记)共50余人,占员工总数的2%左右。40多个在建项目,共有兼职团支部书记、综合办公室等政工人员100余人,占员工总数的4%左右。

Strong external publicity should be made to establish a good corporate image and efforts should be made to enhance the soft power of enterprises in development. First, the current grass-roots political team status and highlights the problem 1, the weak political team. At present, the company has more than 2300 employees and more than 50 full-time employees engaged in political work (party cadres and grassroots party branch secretaries), accounting for about 2% of the total number of employees.
