如今,随着我国经济的不断发展和人民生活水平的不断提高,出于对水资源的调度和利用、以及对生态环境的保护等方面越来越高的要求,水利基础建设变得越来越重要。而随着人们对水利基础建设的重视正在逐步加强,国家及地方政府对水利建设的资金投入也得到了显著地提高,为了使这部分资金得到最科学有效地利用,为了水利基础建设高效高质量的完成,加强对水利基础建设财务的管理也就变得尤为重要。在充分认清水利基础建设中财务管理的特点这一前提下,才能更好地找到有效加强水利基础建设财务管理的方法。
