1 应用范围及几种形式 本标准适用于气缸直径为200 mm以内汽车发动机镶耐磨圈活塞（以下简称镶圈活塞）,凡上述缸径范围内采用阿尔芬（ Al—Fin）方法制造的镶圈活塞均应符合本标准规定。 镶圈活塞上耐磨圈的几种主要形式及其各部位名称。（见图1） 1—活塞本体 2—耐磨圈 3—耐磨圈背面 4—耐磨圈上侧面 5—耐磨圈下侧面 6—包藏面 图1 2 技术要求 2.1 产品应按经规定程序批准的产品图样及技术文件制造。 2.2 材料 2.2.1 材料化学成分应符合产品图样规定。 2.2.2镶圈活塞本体材料 1）材料名称:共晶铝硅合金
