利用Q345D连铸坯料,采用TMCP工艺进行了规格90 mm高强度厚板工业试验,研究了奥氏体未再结晶区总变形量对厚板组织性能的影响。结果表明,终轧温度800~750℃,终冷温度670~630℃时,调整奥氏体未再结晶区总变形量,钢板强度可达Q420E级,表面组织为沿奥氏体晶界析出的多边形先共析铁素体+贝氏体,心部为铁素体+珠光体。随着未再结晶区总变形量由25%增加到36%,钢板晶粒细化,z向性能提高,内部质量改善。目前,钢板批量试制产量已达4 200 t。
Using Q345D continuous casting billets, the industrial test of 90 mm high strength heavy plate was carried out by TMCP process. The effect of total deformation of austenite non recrystallization zone on the microstructure and properties was studied. The results show that when the finish rolling temperature is 800-750 ℃ and the final cooling temperature is 670-630 ℃, the total deformation of austenite non recrystallization zone is adjusted. The strength of the steel plate reaches Q420E, and the surface structure is precipitated along the austenite grain boundaries Polygon first proeutectoid ferrite + bainite, the heart of the ferrite + pearlite. As the total deformation of the non-recrystallized zone increased from 25% to 36%, the grain refinement of the steel plate improved the z-direction performance and improved the internal quality. At present, the plate trial production volume reached 4 200 t.
