从理论和实验上研究了残余幅度噪声(RAM)对谐波探测的影响。通过对Harvey-Myatt外腔式二极管激光器进行低频(1KHz)电压调制和高次(2f 以上)谐波探测获得了10- 6的最小探测吸收率。
The effects of residual amplitude noise (RAM) on harmonic detection are theoretically and experimentally investigated. A minimum detection absorptivity of 10-6 was obtained by low frequency (1KHz) voltage modulation and high-order (2f and above) harmonic detection of Harvey-Myatt external cavity diode lasers.
