血小板是极不固定的成分,在新鲜血内它们是极小的、无色的、圆形、纺锤形和其他不规则形状的小体。笔者曾用粘附、聚集血小板整体观察标本的制备方法,观察过高血压患者的血小板,也观察过大动物驴脾气虚证模型的血小板。但在大白鼠对此类模型的血小板尚未报道过,本文对耗气破气大白鼠“脾气虚证”模型的血小板用粘附、聚集血小板整体观察标本的方法进行了观察。一、材料和方法本文共用Wistar雄性大白鼠20只,体重150~200克,分为四组:对照组、造模组、四君子汤组和自然恢复组。造模时间为6周,6周后再复健3周。造模药物为厚朴、枳实,大黄=3:3:2的散末混合,制成100%煎剂,灌药时间间隔一天,每
Platelets are extremely unstable components, and in fresh blood they are tiny, colorless, round, spindle-shaped and other irregularly shaped bodies. The author used the method of preparing adherent and aggregating platelets to observe the entire specimens, observed the platelets of hypertensive patients, and observed the platelets of animal models with excessive spleen-qi deficiency. However, there has been no report on the platelets of this type of rat in rats. In this paper, the method of observing the platelets with adherent and aggregated platelets in the platelet of spleen-qi deficiency syndrome in gas-burning rats has been observed. I. Materials and Methods In this study, 20 wistar male rats weighing 150-200 g were divided into four groups: control group, modeling group, Sijunzi Decoction group and natural recovery group. Modeling time is 6 weeks, 6 weeks later rehabilitation 3 weeks. The model drug is Magnolia officinalis, Citrus grandis, Rhubarb = 3:3:2, and the mixture is made into 100% decoction.
