目的 :探索c -Myc、Fas和P53与成骨性肿瘤细胞分化的关系。方法 :采用免疫组织化学方法对骨肉瘤、骨化性纤维瘤、骨纤维结构不良和正常骨痂组织进行c -Myc、Fas和P53 蛋白测定 ,与肿瘤组织学分级、细胞分化及核丝分裂比较分析。结果 :P53和c-Myc胞核阳性与肿瘤低分化相关 ,Fas和c -Myc胞浆阳性与肿瘤的高分化具有一致性。结论 :P53 蛋白高表达是肿瘤恶性的标志 ;c -Myc胞浆表达与细胞分化密切相关 ,其高表达不能代表瘤细胞的高增殖性。
Objective: To explore the relationship between c-Myc, Fas and P53 and osteogenic tumor cell differentiation. Methods: The expressions of c-Myc, Fas and P53 in osteosarcoma, ossification fibroma, dysplasia and normal callus tissues were determined by immunohistochemical method, which were compared with histological grade, cell differentiation and mitosis analysis. Results: The positive expression of P53 and c-Myc nuclei was correlated with poorly differentiated tumor. The positive staining of Fas and c-Myc in cytoplasm was consistent with the well-differentiated tumor. Conclusion: The high expression of P53 protein is a malignant tumor marker. Cytoplasmic expression of c-Myc is closely related to cell differentiation. The high expression of c-Myc can not represent the hyperproliferation of tumor cells.
