采用浸种灵和恶线清两种药剂,对丰优54杂交籼稻种子分别浸种8h、16h、24h、48h,以清水为对照,通过不同药剂、不同浸种时间,观察记载种子发芽势、发芽率及种子胚根、胚芽生长情况,分析两种药剂浸种对杂交水稻种子发芽过程的影响程度,以便进一步明确药剂浸种效果和最佳浸种时间。试验表明:这两种药剂浸种8~48h,对种子发芽和胚根生长均有一定的负作用,对胚根影响较大,浸种时间越长,影响越明显,且不同浸种时间、不同药剂处理间表现出一定的差异性。
The seeds of Fengyou 54 hybrid were soaked for 8h, 16h, 24h, 48h with fresh water as control. The seed germination potential and germination rate were recorded by different agents and different soaking time. Seed radicle, germ growth conditions, analysis of two kinds of medicament seed soaking hybrid rice seed germination extent, in order to further clarify the effect of medicament soaking seeds and the best soaking time.
