针对目前频率规划中存在的问题 ,提出利用专家系统和改进遗传算法及分层技术等的智能频率规划系统。在缺少准确电子地图的情况下 ,借助专家的经验和知识 ,利用改进的优化算法 ,给出较准确的频率规划方案。同时提出了基于数据库的改进推理和维护方法 ,并开发了智能多层频率规划 CAD软件包 ,给出了仿真结果
Aiming at the existing problems in frequency planning, an intelligent frequency planning system using expert system, improved genetic algorithm and hierarchical technology is proposed. In the absence of accurate electronic map, with the help of expert’s experience and knowledge, the improved optimization algorithm is used to give a more accurate frequency planning scheme.
