During the “Twelfth Five-Year Plan” period, with the rapid development of social economy, the commodity market has been booming and the consumption environment has obviously improved. In particular, the rapid development of entertainment industry, department store industry and catering industry further activated the market consumption. The consumption habits of urban residents changed quietly in the active market from “developmental” to “enjoyment”. According to a sample survey by the Chifeng Investigation Team of National Bureau of Statistics, per capita consumption expenditure of urban permanent residents in Chifeng in 2015 was 14,597 yuan, an increase of 4,254 yuan or 41.1% over the 11th five-year-end of 2010 with an average annual growth rate of 7.1%.
