本文通过定量金相分析研究了热轧及控轧16Mn钢的σ_s与d~(-1/2)之间的定量关系,确定了为使控轧16Mn钢σ_s≥35kgf/mm~2必须把轧后铁素体晶粒细化到什么程度。本文在实验室条件下用定量金相法研究了轧制道次及压下率对16Mn钢变形奥氏体的再结晶、晶粒大小及转变后铁索体晶粒大小的影响。根据所得到的实验结果,得出四点结论。
In this paper, the quantitative relationship between σ_s and d ~ (-1/2) of hot-rolled and controlled-rolled 16Mn steel was studied by means of quantitative metallographic analysis. It was determined that in order to make controlled rolling of 16Mn steel σ_s≥35kgf / mm ~ 2, After the ferrite grain refinement to what extent. In this paper, the quantitative metallographic method was used to study the effect of rolling pass and reduction rate on the recrystallization, grain size and the size of ferrite after the transformation of 16Mn steel under laboratory conditions. According to the experimental results obtained, draw four conclusions.
