近年来飞机用复合材料越来越广泛,这是和复合材料的比强度高、刚性好;可以采用缝纫法(纤维人工定向法);复杂形状的工件也能整体成形;结构形式多样化;重量轻,以及制造成本低等有关。 当然,从机械加工这一角度来看,目前难以加工材料的比率很高,提高工艺性仍有一定的困难。因此,我们在此介绍飞机用复合材料及其机械加工的例子,同时谈一下机械加工中存在的问题。
