本工作研究了激光光热偏转光谱技术在高效薄层色谱检测中的应用。用这种技术定量检测品红和结晶紫的色谱圆班,获得的检测下限分别为0.3ng和0.4ng,与传统的漫反射分光光度检测法相比,使测定灵敏度提高1~2个数量级。
This work studied the application of laser photothermal deflection spectroscopy in the detection of high performance thin layer chromatography. Using this technique, the lower limit of detection of magenta and crystal violet was 0.3ng and 0.4ng, respectively. Compared with the conventional diffuse reflectance spectrophotometry, the detection sensitivity was improved by 1-2 orders of magnitude.
