目的研究糖克宁颗粒降血糖、血脂的作用及其机理。方法采用静脉注射链脲佐菌素,并给以高脂饲料制备实验性糖尿病大鼠模型,以糖克宁颗粒进行治疗,观察模型大鼠的血糖、糖耐量、肝糖原、胰岛素、胰岛素样生长因子及肿瘤坏死因子,高低密度脂蛋白等的变化。结果与对照组相比,糖克宁颗粒各剂量组均可有效降低实验性糖尿病大鼠的血糖(P<0.05),增加肝糖原、胰岛素及胰岛素样生长因子,升高高密度脂蛋白,降低肿瘤坏死因子和低密度脂蛋白。结论糖克宁颗粒能有效降低实验性糖尿病大鼠的血糖、血脂,改善糖耐量,其作用机制可能是通过增加肝糖原、胰岛素,提高胰岛素敏感性及提高抗氧化性、减少脂质过氧化产物来实现对血糖和血脂的调节作用。
Objective To study the effect and mechanism of Tangkening Granules on blood glucose and blood lipids. METHODS: Intravenous streptozotocin was injected intravenously and a high-fat diet was used to prepare an experimental diabetic rat model. Conclusion Tangkening granules can effectively reduce blood glucose and blood fat and improve glucose tolerance in experimental diabetic rats. The mechanism may be through increasing hepatic glycogen and insulin, increasing insulin sensitivity, increasing antioxidant activity and reducing lipid peroxidation.
