目的 探讨螺旋 CT三维重建在骨、关节疾病中的价值。方法 选择具有代表性的成功进行三维重建的 12例骨、关节病变 ,并经临床、手术病理证实。扫描层厚 2~ 5 m m,重建间隔 1~ 2 mm,螺距 1~ 1.5。同时使用 MPR(多平面重建和倾斜重建 )及 SSD (表面阴影显示 )两种方法处理。结果 全部病例三维重建显示良好 ,病变的外形与周围组织结构的关系从不同位置和角度得以观察。结论 骨关节病变的三维图像很好地显示了复杂骨折的病理解剖关系、肿瘤对骨的破坏程度及病变区骨外形有否改变等情况 ,为临床、手术治疗提供有力的依据。
Objective To investigate the value of spiral CT three-dimensional reconstruction in the diseases of bone and joint. Methods Twelve cases of bone and joint disease were selected successfully, which were proved by clinical and surgical pathology. Scanning layer thickness 2 ~ 5 m m, reconstruction interval 1 ~ 2 mm, pitch 1 ~ 1.5. Both MPR (Multiplanar Reconstruction and Tilt Reconstruction) and SSD (Surface Shadow Display) methods are used. Results Three-dimensional reconstruction of all cases showed good, the relationship between the appearance of the lesion and the surrounding tissue structure was observed from different positions and angles. Conclusion The three-dimensional images of the bone and joint diseases well show the pathological anatomy of complex fractures, the degree of tumor destruction to the bone and the change of bone shape in the diseased area, which provide a strong basis for clinical and surgical treatment.
