目的了解2009年引起山东省手足口病(HFMD)的病原体型别及分布特征。方法采集HFMD临床诊断病例的粪便、咽拭子、疱疹液等标本,应用肠道通用引物和EV71、CoxA16特异性引物对其进行RT-PCR鉴定;使用RD、Hep-2细胞对部分肠道通用引物阳性的粪便标本进行病毒分离。结果共收集1604份HFMD临床诊断病例标本,实验室检测阳性标本990份,其中EV71阳性标本589份,CoxA16阳性标本29份,EV71和CoxA16同为阳性标本2份,EV71和CoxA16的检出率分别为36.72%和1.81%。从80份肠道通用引物阳性的粪便标本中分离出肠道病毒32株,其中EV71型病毒23株,CoxA16型病毒4株。结论引起山东省HFMD的病原体主要为EV71型肠道病毒,EV71感染占EV阳性标本数的59.50%。全省17个地市均有EV71感染的HFMD病例检出。
Objective To understand the types and distribution of pathogens causing hand-foot-mouth disease (HFMD) in Shandong Province in 2009. Methods The specimens of stool, throat swab and herpes fluid in clinical diagnosis of HFMD were collected and identified by RT-PCR using the universal primers of gut and EV71 and CoxA16 specific primers. Primer positive stool specimens were virus isolated. Results A total of 1,604 HFMD cases were collected, of which 990 were positive for laboratory tests. Among them, 589 were positive for EV71, 29 were positive for CoxA16, 2 were positive for EV71 and CoxA16, respectively. The positive rates of EV71 and CoxA16 were 36.72% and 1.81% respectively. Twenty-three enterovirus strains were isolated from 80 intestine universal primer-positive stool specimens, of which 23 were EV71 and 4 were CoxA16. Conclusion The main pathogens causing HFMD in Shandong Province are EV71 enterovirus, accounting for 59.50% of the EV positive cases. Seventeen cities in the province have detected EV71-infected HFMD cases.
