“八五”期间乃至今后一个相当长的时期内,国家将对“三沿”地区实施经济先行发展战略。本文就广西“三沿”地区即北海市和钦州地区(沿海)、玉林地区和梧州地区及梧州市(沿江)、南宁地区南部和百色地区西南部(沿边)的价格特点,以及当前价格运行中存在的主要问题,进行分析研究,探讨这些地区价格改革的新途径,以适应这些地区整个经济发展全面推进的进程,推动这些地区乃至整个广西经济的迅速发展。 During the “8th Five-Year Plan” period, which is still a fairly long period from now to the end, the state will implement the economic development strategy in advance in the “Sanyan” area. In this article, we will examine the price characteristics and current prices of Guangxi“Sanyan” regions of Beihai and Qinzhou (coastal), Yulin and Quzhou regions, and Ganzhou City (riverside), southern Nanning region, and the southwestern part of the Baise region (edge). The major problems existing in the operation are analyzed and researched to explore new ways of price reform in these areas so as to adapt to the overall advancement of the entire economic development in these areas and to promote the rapid development of these areas and even the entire Guangxi economy.
