随着经济条件的改善、科学文化知识的升值,聘请家教已成为时尚。那么如何真正发挥家教对课堂教学的补充作用呢?这里谈谈自己的一个做法。首先是帮助学生找出在近阶段学习中存在的问题。具体做法是先让学生简单介绍一下学过的知识,提出哪点不懂。这样一来,我便初步了解了学生对知识的掌握情况,为下一步的家教,明确了目标。二是分析问题。这可以分三步走:第一步熟悉教材,找出涉及到学生所提问题的知识点;第二步分析学生学习中出现问题的真正原因,是某一方面基础薄弱还是知识运用不灵活或是与某方面知识混淆;第三步研究解决问题的方法,即如何针对学生的知识盲点开展辅导。
