中职校生源良莠不齐,学生大都处于青少年期,世界观、人生观、价值观正在形成,且逆反心理特别严重,因而课堂冲突频发并干扰着教师的课堂教学,面对冲突我们似乎找不出更有效的办法了.本文通过对课堂的观察,并在与任课老师的访谈中,力图找到一些教师在课堂冲突中的应对策略及掌控的能力,旨在为建立和谐师生关系和和谐的校园提供一点帮助.
