当前高职院校后勤工作主要存在职业教育属性体现不充分、社会化程度较低、和谐化欠缺、管理不够科学等四大问题,而这些问题的解决,正是创建具有高职特色的后勤服务与管理工作新模式的关键。因此,针对这些问题提出了高职院校后勤服务与管理“3E+S”理论模式,“E”是英文Embodiment(体现)的首字母,“3E”即体现职教化、体现社会化、体现和谐化,“S”是英文Scientific的首字母,指的是科学管理(scientific management)。
At present, there are mainly four major problems in logistical work in higher vocational colleges, such as inadequate performance of vocational education, low level of socialization, lack of harmony, lack of scientific management and so on. The solution to these problems is to create a logistics service with higher vocational characteristics The key to a new model of management work.
