目的现场观察双效微生物灭蚊幼制剂灭蚊幼效果,探索适合灭蚊幼施药剂量及施药周期。方法随机确定实验区污水坑塘和对照区污水坑塘,按5 ml/m2加水稀释10倍,用电动喷雾器均匀喷洒在水面上,观察蚊幼密度。结果该制剂施药后1~20 d,灭蚊幼效果达100%,施药后30 d灭蚊幼效果仍达72.41%,通过数据分析,投药间隔以20 d为宜。结论双效微生物制剂灭蚊幼具有速效、持效之作用,是目前理想的现场灭蚊药物。
Objective To observe the young mosquito killing effect of the dual-effect micro-organism mosquito-killing preparation and explore the suitable dosage and application cycle for mosquito-killing. Methods Sludge ponds in the experimental area and sewage ponds in the control area were randomly determined. Dilute ponds were diluted 10 times with 5 ml / m2 of water and evenly sprayed on the water surface with an electric sprayer to observe the density of mosquito larvae. RESULTS: The effect of mosquito control was 100% 1 to 20 days after application, and the young mosquito control effect still reached 72.41% after 30 days of application. Through data analysis, the interval between treatments was 20 days. Conclusion The dual-effect microbiological preparation mosquito-killing has the effect of quick-acting and persistence, which is the ideal anti-mosquito drug in the field at present.
