本文报道一种口服疫苗的肠溶包衣法,将疫苗包成直径1~3mm的微球,用于预防狂犬病。材料被包囊的爱心物质包括狂犬病抗原、刀豆球蛋白A及牛血清白蛋白。这些物质用~(125)I标记,然后通过葡聚糖G-25柱,并用磷酸盐缓冲液充分渗析以除去游离碘,得到的制品中,99%以上的放射活性结合于三氯醋酸沉淀物。包囊材料为邻苯二甲酸醋酸纤维素(Ⅰ),有A与B两批。A批已贮存数年,并有刺鼻的醋酸臭,B批是新购的,几乎无臭。
This article reports an enteric coating of oral vaccine, the vaccine into a diameter of 1 ~ 3mm microspheres for the prevention of rabies. These materials were labeled with ~ (125) I and then passed through dextran G-25 column and dialyzed extensively in phosphate buffer to remove free iodine. More than 99% of the radioactivity in the resulting product was bound to the trichloroacetic acid precipitate . The cyst material is cellulose acetate phthalate (I) with two batches of A and B. Batch A has been stored for years and has pungent acetic acid odor. Batch B is newly purchased with almost no odor.
