知识管理战略的理论和实践都是和管理情境相融合的,中国企业所处的管理情境有其特殊性,需要对其有针对性地进行研究。以中国企业为样本,依据不同的企业性质和行业进行划分,探究已有知识管理战略作用框架在不同类型中国企业中的差异性。研究结果发现,在不同类型的企业中知识管理战略受到的影响和作用效果存在很大差异。在非国有企业和制造业中,人力资源对知识管理战略的促进更大;在国有企业和制造业中,IT能力对知识管理战略的促进相对较大;知识管理战略对组织绩效的促进作用则更多地体现在国有企业制造业企业中。
Both the theory and practice of knowledge management strategy are integrated with the management situation. The management situation in which Chinese enterprises are located has its particularity and needs to be studied in a targeted manner. Taking Chinese enterprises as samples and dividing according to different enterprises and industries, this paper explores the differences between the existing strategic frameworks for knowledge management in different types of Chinese enterprises. The findings show that there is a big difference between the impact and the effect of knowledge management strategy in different types of enterprises. In non-state-owned enterprises and manufacturing industries, HR contributes more to knowledge management strategies. In SOEs and manufacturing, the promotion of knowledge management strategies by IT capabilities is relatively large. The promotion effect of knowledge management strategies on organizational performance More reflected in the state-owned manufacturing enterprises.
