矿井提升机是矿山最重要的设备,主要任务是提升井下的矿石和废石,同时还要运送人员、设备和材料,其控制系统的技术性能和可靠性直接影响到安全生产。竖井提升机的核心控制系统是电气传动部分,其设计需满足提升机在四象限平滑运行的需求。本文以非矿可控硅变流器—电动机直流电力拖动的全数字直流电控设备为对象,介绍了提升机的系统构成、全数字直流电控系统。采用全数字直流电控系统,使得系统安全性大大提高,增强提升机运行的平稳性和准确性。
Mine hoist is the most important mine equipment, the main task is to enhance mine ore and waste rock, but also transport personnel, equipment and materials, the control system of its technical performance and reliability of a direct impact on safety in production. The core control system of the shaft hoist is the electric drive part, which is designed to meet the requirements of the hoist running smoothly in the 4-quadrant. In this paper, the non-mine silicon controlled rectifier - motor DC power drive all digital DC electronic control equipment for the object, introduced the elevator system, digital DC electronic control system. The use of all-digital DC electronic control system, making the system greatly improved security, enhance the smooth operation of the elevator and accuracy.
