第一届中国国际炼铁科技讨论会于1985年9月5日至12日在武钢召开。这次会议由中国金属学会和武钢联合举办。会议围绕目前国内外烧结球团、大型高炉生产、煤粉喷吹、高炉炉身长寿、熔融炼铁等生产经验和科研成果进行了交流探讨。中国、美国、加拿大、日本、西德、法国、比利时、瑞典和澳大利亚九个国家的炼铁学者、专家参加了会议,共宣读了28篇论文。会议期间一些外国专家就炼铁生产、设计及我国炼铁工业发展等问题与我国专家进行了交流和讨论,并提出了建议。代表们还参观了武钢炼铁厂。
The First China International Ironmaking Symposium was held in Wugang from September 5 to September 25, 1985. The meeting was jointly organized by the China Metal Society and WISCO. The symposium discussed the production experiences and scientific research achievements of sintering pellets at home and abroad, large-scale blast furnace production, pulverized coal injection, longevity of blast furnace shaft, melting ironmaking and other scientific research achievements. Scholars and experts from nine countries including China, the United States, Canada, Japan, West Germany, France, Belgium, Sweden and Australia attended the conference and read 28 papers. During the meeting, some foreign experts exchanged ideas and discussed with experts from China on ironmaking production, design and the development of ironmaking industry in our country, and put forward suggestions. Delegates also visited the Wuhan Iron and Steel Plant.
