在纵横神州的万里铁道线上,有一份别具一格的报纸伴随着旅客一起旅行,这就是铁道部人民铁道报社出版的客货服务专刊——《列车之声》报。它于去年10月创刊,每周一期,被读者亲切地称为“旅客的益友”。列车之声报主要在全国各火车站、旅客列车上零售。前一阶段,社会上各种不健康的小报侵入车站和列车,使列车之声受到了冲击,发行量一度下降。面对这种情况,我们一方面坚定办报方针,决不象某些小报那样,以低级庸俗的内容去招徕读者;另一方面,我们决定办出自己特色,用健康的内容去占领列车阵地。我们认为,以旅客和货主为主要读者对象的列车之声报,既不同于各种大报,也不同于各类晚报及其他专业报;它既有铁路特点,又有社会性。为旅客、货主服务,这就是它的特色,也是它的生命力所在。为了办出这一特色,我们从以下几个方面作了努力。

In our opinion, the voice of a train, which is mainly targeted at passengers and shippers, is different from various big newspapers and various types of evening newspapers and other professional newspapers. It has the characteristics of both the railway and the society. For passengers, the owner service, this is its characteristics, but also its vitality. In order to do this feature, we have made efforts from the following aspects.
