我科于1986年10月收治1例舌根癌浸润全舌及口底的患者。患者行全舌、口底切除后,用胸大肌肌皮瓣作全舌、口底再造成功。经二年随访再造舌外形和功能均满意,现报道如下: 患者女,31岁,因舌根部发现肿块渐渐增大1年,说话含糊,于1986年10月30日入院。检查可触及到左舌根、舌体部肿块已超过中线并向口底浸润;口底浸润边界不清,范围为6×4×4 cm~3大小,中等硬,固定。手术经过:于11月14日在气管切开全麻下分二组 In October 1986, our department treated a patient with tongue root infiltration of the tongue and mouth.
