目的:探讨抗解脲胶囊对大鼠感染解脲支原体后血清中IL-8表达水平的影响。方法:采用大鼠膀胱注射解脲支原体(Uu)法建立动物感染模型,药物预处理后,放免试剂盒检测血清中IL-8表达水平的变化。结果:与正常对照组比较,模型组大鼠血清中IL-8极显著升高(P<0.01),抗解脲胶囊低剂量组显著升高(P<0.05),抗解脲胶囊高、中剂量组升高,但差异不显著;与模型组比较,给药各剂量组都极显著降低(P<0.01)。结论:抗解脲胶囊具有抑制Uu感染尿道粘膜组织后机体过度释放IL-8的作用。
Objective: To investigate the effect of anti-Ureaplasma Capsule on the level of IL-8 in serum of Ureaplasma urealyticum infected rats. Methods: The model of animal infection was established by Uu injection into the bladder of rats. After drug pretreatment, the expression of IL-8 in serum was detected by radioimmunoassay kit. Results: Compared with the normal control group, the level of IL-8 in the model group was significantly increased (P <0.01), the level of anti-urea capsule in the low dose group was significantly increased (P <0.05) Dose group increased, but the difference was not significant; Compared with the model group, each dose group were significantly reduced (P <0.01). CONCLUSION: Anti-Ureaplasma Capsule can inhibit the excessive release of IL-8 after Uu infection of the urethral mucosa.
