电动助力转向系统以其节能、环保等优点成为汽车动力转向系统的发展方向,稳定性能是评价电动助力转向系统的一个重要指标。文中建立了齿轮齿条式电动助力转向系统数学模型,依此模型为基础进行了系统稳定性分析,分析结果表明:随着助力比的增加,系统的稳定性逐渐变差,助力电机的动态特性对系统的稳定性有较大的影响,在设计系统控制策略时应加以考虑。
Electric power steering system with its energy saving, environmental protection and other advantages become the direction of development of automotive power steering system, stability is to evaluate the electric power steering system is an important indicator. The mathematical model of rack and pinion electric power steering system is established in this paper. Based on this model, the stability of the system is analyzed. The results show that with the increase of assist ratio, the stability of the system gradually deteriorates.
