In a recent survey by the U.S. magazine Fortune, one of the “Most Admired Companies in the World,” Northwest Airlines ranked second in the list. After a survey of U.S. carriers early this year, Happiness magazine conducted a global survey. Nineteen standards are ranked by competitors for senior staff in 19 industries, senior management outside the industry, and financial analysts. These nine criteria are: Innovation, Overall Management Quality, Long Term Investment, Social and Environmental Responsibility, Capability to Attract and Retain Talent, Quality of Products or Services, Financial Strength, Wise Management of Corporate Assets and Efficiency of Global Business Operations Happening.
