汪建成先生的《刑事诉讼文化研讨》~①一文对中西刑事诉讼文化差异的原因进行了分析,并探讨了应如何改造中国传统刑事诉讼文化,文章的分析非常中肯、全面。但是,与此文密切相关的《中西刑诉文化差异之原因》~②这一讲座文稿却存在不少纰漏。虽然经笔者查证比对,可知大部分纰漏与编者后期工作有很大关系,但作为一本专业性较强的讲座丛书,“在北大听讲 Mr. Wang Jiancheng’s Seminar on Criminal Litigation1 analyzed the reasons for the cultural differences between Chinese and western criminal proceedings and discussed how to reform the Chinese traditional criminal litigation culture. The analysis of the articles is very fair and comprehensive. However, closely related to this article, ”The Causes of Cultural Differences in Criminal Lawsuits between China and the West" ~ ② There are many flaws in this lecture. Although verified by the author, we can see that most of the flaws have a great relationship with the latter part of the editorial work. However, as a series of lectures with strong professionalism,
