通过对上海某测试中心的化学测试室进行排风柜面风速现场测试,并从实际面风速及面风速均匀程度两个方面进行分析,发现配置普通电通风阀的排风柜面风速控制受风阀开度、系统位置及柜内实验等因素影响,难以达到预期的控制效果,建议为排风柜配置可以进行面风速测量反馈的变风量排风控制阀,通过闭环控制保证面风速满足目标要求,并简化实验人员对排风柜的操作。
